Skills for Change (SfC) is a non-profit agency providing learning and training opportunities for immigrants and refugees so that they can participate in the workplace and wider community. With programs and services designed to fully integrate newcomers into the Canadian work environment, SfC helps immigrants and refugees achieve their employment goals.

Canadian Immigration Integration Project (CIIP)
The CIIP aims to contribute to more successful labour market outcomes for skilled worker immigrants by developing a model of effective preparation in their country of origin. They establish focal points in each province to provide initial contact with new arrivals and to assist in the monitoring of project outcomes. In addition, CIIP's Federal Skilled Worker Program provides an ongoing supply of workers who are equipped with the skills required to meet Canada's present and future labour needs.
