Adecco’s Career Connections programs exist to help unite qualified job seekers with our clients by finding the right ‘fit’. We are committed to supporting our candidates throughout the application process, whether it is through access to job postings, opportunities for job placements, or job-based teaching and training. We currently have several active programs designed to connect us with diverse job seekers. Newcomer Career Connections
Adecco supports Newcomers to Canada with their job search by giving access to job opportunities and providing much-needed support. We offer individual training sessions and programs, as well as access to both short and long term work assignments. Through Roevin, our Engineering & Technical-focused business line, we also provide an International Recruitment Program, which supplies personnel world-wide and utilizes current recruitment technology, including video-conferencing facilities and a networked database which holds over 150,000 resumes.
Aboriginal Career Connections
Adecco actively works with community organizations that support and advance career opportunities for Aboriginal people. Our Staffing Coordinators are experts on their local job markets - they know just the right position for someone with your specific skill sets, priorities and objectives. The Aboriginal Career Connections program offers continuous support to help you achieve your professional goals.
Graduate Career Connections
Adecco has established partnerships with Canada’s leading college and educational institutions to assist with job placement for students of all backgrounds. Graduates who are looking to break in to the job market can take advantage of services available, including accessibility to Adecco’s national job bank, exclusive Xpert® testing and training services and placement assistance.
Established Worker Career Connections
Adecco is committed to promoting the advantages of temporary work for established workers who wish to supplement their income or to work on a part-time or contract basis. We offer flexible hours and assignments which allow established workers to contribute to the workforce in a way that works for them. We also offer long-term assignments and permanent placement opportunities.
Advantage Career Connections
Adecco’s Advantage program seeks to support candidates by providing job opportunities that are flexible to suit individual capabilities and skills. We are committed to providing both testing and workplace accommodation for those with disabilities, whenever possible.
Athlete Career Connections
Adecco‘s Athlete Career Program was developed to deliver a combination of personal and group training services, and customized to meet the unique needs of Canadian elite athletes. The key elements include personal career assistance, job placement, and workshops and seminars.
