Adecco is hiring a contract Accounting Reconciliation Specialist Job in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this job opportunity, you must have at least five years of experience working on invoices with third party vendor and hands on experience on SharePoint. The purpose of this role is to support multiple vendors using different computer system. This is a 9 month contract with possibility to be extended to two years. The pay rate for this role is $20.25 per hour.

Accounting Reconciliation Specialist Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate / Process CTS North America invoice(s) (Reconciliation / Discrepancies / Issues)
• Manage internal approval workflow for all Canada and U.S invoices
• Reconcile and update all Invoices against approved Statement of Work (SOW)
• Populate and Send ePay batch file to Accounts Payable and follow up on Payment updates
• Send Invoice approval email reminders to all CTS CC owners/delegates weekly
• Send U.S Tech Finance Invoice payment
• Update SOW/Invoice Tracker for North America Centric
• Update Canada/U.S Retention
• Publish SOW/Invoice Tracker on SharePoint/Share Drive for all CTS DMs to review
• Track all CTS Multi Cost Centers Transfer Costs and forward it to all DMs/ Leads
• Populate a process flow diagram for both Canada and U.S
• Evaluate CTS CCs Rejection Reports Monthly

Accounting Reconciliation Specialist Job Qualifications:
• 5+ years invoice experience with 3rd party vendors (e.g. SOW - Statement of Work, working on projects, bill rates, reconciliation)
• Experience working on multiple software systems and working with multiple departments at one time
• SharePoint experience
• Strong Excel/Access skills (e.g. Pivot tables, Macros)
• Strong communication skills (to communicate with managers & vendors regarding discrepancies)
• Understanding of finance
• Soft skills: Owns a project, self-managed, finds answers to get things done, detail oriented, motivated, quick learner, assertive, self-motivated
