Adecco is currently hiring for an Office Coordinator in Concord, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least three years of Administrative Support Experience.


*Full cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, generating reports, monthly reconciliation, preparation of tax filings, remittances, fiscal year-end.

*Provide payroll processing. Answer questions regarding payroll. Provide quarterly tax reports and filing.

*Coordinate finances, assist with budget preparation.

*Fielding basic inquiries, forwarding them to other employees when appropriate

*Receiving and dispatching correspondence, including preparing mail-outs of course material

*Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence, including email, faxes, and snail mail; Filling, paper and online.

*Overseeing administrative policies within an organization and within the office; recommending changes as appropriate.

*Maintain inventory and office supplies; Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary.

*Ensure operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary. Troubleshoot malfunction of office equipment.

*Other administrative duties as required.


*3+ years of relevant experience preferred

*Solid applied understanding of cost management and accounting systems

*Strong technical, analytical and systems skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

*Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously

*Must be able to investigate complex issues and to conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems

*Must be self-motivated, independent thinker, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, project a professional image and interact effectively with all levels and functions within the organization
