Accounts Payable Coordinator Duties:

- Perform matching, batching and coding of high volume of vendor invoices.
- Responding to and providing high level of customer support to vendor inquiries.
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and tracking/maintaining orders for accuracy.
- Weekly cheque runs and EFT processing.
- High volume of data entry.
- Maintaining, accurate and up to date tracking, filing and payments of vendor invoices and all relevant documentation.
- Creating possess documents in word
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Accounts Payable Coordinator Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of current experience in an accounts payable role
- Minimum completion of post-secondary diploma or degree in related field
- Experience with Microsoft office; Excel, word, outlook
- Experience in general AP systems
- Advanced level communications in written and verbal, English is mandatory
