The A/P Clerk job is a full time contract position based in North Vancouver, BC offered on contract for 5-6 months. You will have a minimum of four years experience in a high volume A/P position along with strong computer abilities. Experience with multiple vendors and processing high volume is required. This is an office based role with a Monday to Friday schedule. Qualifications:- Four or more years in a high volume Accounts Receivable role

- Experience processing incoming vendor invoices including coding various expense accounts and cost centers
- Data entry into ERP and Workflow systems
- Experience in working with Purchase Orders (e.g., tracking open work PO’s) and performing Three-way Matches.
- Experience in working with vendors in trouble shooting payment issues.
- Excellent keyboarding and computer skills, accounting software experience
- Intermediate skill set in Excel; Pivot and VLook up knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent customer service 'people' skills
