We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Collections Representative for our client in Toronto,ON. This is an exciting permanent opportunity within a large company. Some of the Corporate Collections Representative responsibilities include:

*Ability to manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from internal and external customers

*Responsible for maximizing cash inflows

*Achieve individual collection targets as well as team targets

*Exercise personal judgment within a large group of internal and external customer facing situations

Minimum qualifications for the Collections Representative job opening in Toronto,ON are:

*Must have 1 - 3 years' AR or corporate collections experience (someone with B2B Customer Service experience will be applicable as well)

*Post secondary diploma

*Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

*Knowledge of collections guidelines, processes, procedures and/or a strong willingness to learn

*Bilingual (French/English) as asset

*Excellent MS Office skills along with SAP or other ERP systems
