Scope of the position:
This Corporate Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of claims administration training. This role will be responsible for the education and coaching of 40+ contact employees. This role is responsible for providing the contact center with the tools and resources to leave a customer and dealers with the very best impression of the claim administration. Creative, unconventional (but effective) and fresh approaches to learning are encouraged.
¿ Develop and deliver high impact training and facilitation
¿ Proven experience in developing and delivering training and coaching that resulted in a measurable improvement in performance
¿ Determine training needs by having an understanding of survey (experience) drivers, conferring with employees and leadership, and evaluating training effectiveness. (if applicable)
¿ Development of training curriculum, resources, manuals, classes, on-line tutorials, webex sessions, etc
¿ Ability to work professionally with clients, associates and external stakeholders
¿ Demonstrate knowledge of Policies, Procedures, and Contact Handling
¿ Facilitate and deliver on-going training
Education & Training:
¿ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
¿ American Society of Training and Development (ASTD)
¿ Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) certification
¿ 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
¿ Fluent with adult learning strategies and instructional design theories including accelerated learning.
¿ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and virtual training applications.

Hours: Candidates must be able to work between 7am-11pm Mon-Sun. There will be different shifts. Bilingualism is an asset.
Pay Rate: $33 per hour.
Location: Two different location - One is in downtown Toronto and the other is in Richmond Hill. Candidates must have access to a vehicle to be able to get to the Richmond Hill location. We are looking for people who are flexible to travel between both locations.
