Are you looking for a role that complements your strong relationship building skills and utilizes your problem solving abilities, all while involving your interest in health sciences? Adecco is looking for action-oriented individuals with strong team building, relationship management, and problem solving skills to join one of our clients as a Disability Case Coordinator (Bilingual). To be successful in this role, you will need to rely on your sound judgement to analyze disability contracts. Communication skills are a vital part of this position, as you will be maintaining regular lines of communication with Plan Administrators, medical professionals and other key stakeholders to manage disability cases to completion.This is a full-time, contract position with the intention of becoming permanent. This position will be conducted primarily in French, so strong written and spoken French skills are required.

- Receiving incoming disability cases via telephone communication with employees and policy holders
- Determining case complexity and assigning cases to Case Managers
- Managing all non-complex cases to completion
- Helping to facilitate timely transitions back to work for employees and policy holders
- Administrative tasks as required

You offer:
- Bilingualism in English and French, and comfortable working in a primarily French work environment
- Good understanding of, and experience with medical terminology and conditions.
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a Health Care environment.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Health Sciences degree will be considered an asset.
- Previous group disability experience or insurance courses would be considered an asset.
