Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant role, you must have a minimum of 2 yeas experience in data entry skills, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel). Our client is a highly professional financial services organization. This Administrative Assistant position is a 2-month contract and has a pay rate of $14.00 per hour.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administrative support to a department or individual
• Responsible for typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and distributing/sorting mail
• May be required to work on special projects
• Ensure accurate documentation of data is entered from customers

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in the financial services industry
• Accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
