Adecco is currently hiring for a Office Manager fulltime position located in Regina, SK. To be considered for this Office Manager role, you must have exceptional Customer Service Skills, ability to take initiative and work independently. Our client values and takes pride in providing high levels of customer service to their tenants.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Prepares bank deposit
- Tracks payments and invoices
- Creates work orders and book in contractors and follow up on progress
- Conducts Property Inspections
- Show suites to potential renters

Office Manager Qualifications:

- Must be proficient using MS Office
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Previous experience dealing with leasing would be considered a asset
- Previous experience working with Yardi Property Management software would be beneficial
- Must be dependable and have problem-solving skills
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
