Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a 8-week contract within our Health Care client based in Ottawa.

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

- Answering phone calls and email punctually to ensure an excellent customer service
- Scheduling and dealing with logistic for meetings
- Ensuring that all logistic and the office work well
- Transferring phone calls to the right person
- Greeting employees and extern applicants
- Dealing with different type of document

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant must meet the following mandatory requirements:

- Secondary school diploma.
- Certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution, in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
- Minimum of two-years relevant experience.
- Experience working with SharePoint
- Experience working within a team
- Strong administrative skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Strong skills in time management and prioritizing tasks to answer the requests of two directors
- Being autonomous and initiatives
- Being able to follow clear directives
- Bilingual in French and English
