Administrative Responsibilities:
-Answer phone lines for the branch
-Greet clients, offer coffee
-Keep track of coffee supplies and ordering as needed
-Schedule meetings for the office/booking boardrooms
-Order lunches for meetings/Catering functions
-Schedule maintenance of the building

- Previous reception experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Must be professional
