Adecco is currently hiring for a Administrative Assistant in Winnipeg. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant role, you must have at least 2 years Administrative experience and excellent communication skills.

Our client is a high profile professional wealth management company that values and prides themselves with providing their clients with a high level of customer service.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Will be working with team of 2-3 sales people and supporting with the booking of meetings, calendar management
- Will be doing some phone call answering/redirecting
- Will be completing some filing for the team

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Must be extremely professional in appears and communication
- Excellent phone communication and comfortable being on the phone
- Strong MS Suites, including advanced Outlook experience
- Admin/EA background
- Experience with customer service/customer management
- Must be punctual, dedicated and for the best fit, easy going
