Our Client in Peterborough requires an Administrator for a 1 year contract:

Their Finance department has an opportunity available for a full-time (contract) Pricing Associate in our Pricing department. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Contracts and Bid Associate will be responsible for such things as:

- Maintaining Bid pricing categories, including processing, monitoring, and reporting
- Researching and preparing tender documents for government and large institution submissions
- Working with Merchandising and Sales departments to source products, obtain product knowledge, understand market price fluctuations and economic conditions
- Submitting regular pricing updates to Customers
- Maintaining billback expiry lists and following up with Vendors
- Preparing Public Works usage reports for all tenders
- Updating item mappings for various Customers
- Maintaining monthly rebate programs
Setting up and tracking Customers deals
- Other duties, as needed


- Post-secondary education,
- Good understanding of sales margins,
- Experience with IDS an asset,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills,
- Great interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work well with others in a challenging environment,
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel and Word is a must
