Adecco is currently hiring for a full time one-year contract for a Warranty Administrator in Oakville. To qualify for this Warranty Administrator role, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Customer/Warranty administrator, or related experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the service bulletin campaigns within the after-market team. You will assist with the warranty fleet campaign support and tracking. This is a full time, 1-year contract position from 8:00am to 4:30 pm. The pay for the Warranty Administrator position will range between $33 and $37 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:
• Warranty fleet campaign support and tracking. Ensure designated proprietary campaigns are supported with material issuance, repair support. Track and report monthly on campaign status to UTAS.
• Administration of customer requests for warranty consideration for A380, Gulfstream, Boeing and Fokker
• Assist with the warranty adjudication process in conjunction with other team members comprising of Engineering, Technicians, Quality, Procurement, Customer Administration and others
• Review and analyze Customer Warranty repair requests/claims to ensure compliance with the contract terms and conditions and for accuracy and relevance of information provided to properly adjudicate warranty
• Preparation and release of Spares Sales Orders/Work Orders
• Liaison with the customer and explain both verbally and in writing the results of the warranty investigation
• Assist in the negotiation with customers with regards to warranty disputes and cost approvals
• Manage and maintain customer status reports and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
• Administer Warranty Findings Reports from Goodrich suppliers
• Establish a system to monitor and maintain warranty trends to develop effective corrective actions to ensure acceptable levels of customer satisfaction are met
• Maintain warranty business metrics
• Assist in the weekly analysis of Warranty cost data
• Other duties to support the Aftermarket Team may be assigned on an as needed basis.

Warranty Administrator Qualifications:

• College Diploma, preferably in Business Admin., Contracts Administration or a technical discipline
• A minimum 3 years' experience to technical Customer/Warranty Administration is required and Aerospace Repair and Overhaul/Manufacturing or a similar industrial manufacturing/servicing environment preferred
• Proven negotiation & problem solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Candidate must possess excellent math skills and display a proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, and PowerPoint. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/repair and overhaul manuals and a strong technical knowledge an asset.
• The successful candidate must meet all requirements under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CCGP) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
• Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and scheduling.
