Calling all Executive Assistants! Adecco is recruiting for future openings in high-level administrative roles. Executive assistants are responsible for providing efficient, organized and professional administrative support. Previous office experience is a must!
- Managing calendars and appointments for staff
- Preparing reports, correspondence and internal communications
- -Coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintaining business and personal correspondence files, including highly sensitive and confidential materials
- Organizing, preparing and tracking expense reports
- General administrative duties as needed ( filing, photocopying, answering and directing calls)
- Degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Well organized, detail orientated and a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a paralegal role would be considered an asset.
