Adecco Employment Services is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Administrative Assistant. We are currently recruiting for a temporary contract position with one of our clients in Saint John, NB.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive computer experience and superior organization skills. The Administrative Assistant role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Arrange & coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel requirements
- Data capture
- Provide monthly reports
- Data entry
- Other administrative duties as required

Administrative Assistant Skills:
- 2-3 years¿ experience in an administrative assistant role
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must be extremely professional
- Strong computer skills(MS Office Suite) with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Must be able to answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly
- Ability to work alone and in a group
