Adecco is hiring for a Junior Administrative Assistant for our client in the Mississauga area. Our client is an international leader in the Education Industry and are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic self-starter. The ideal candidate will have excellent Mandarin communication skills.

Junior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Organize and schedule appointments
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
-Maintain contact lists
-Book travel arrangements
-Provide general support to visitors
-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Junior Administrative Assistant Skill Requirements
-Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
-Excellent command of the Mandarin language
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal Mandarin communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
