Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant job working in the heart of downtown Toronto ON, looking to start immediately. To succeed in this position, you must possess a minimum of six years of executive assistant experience. This position will be one year to start with the potential of an extension. The pay rate for this Executive Assistant position is $20-$25 per hour depending on the amount of experience one has.

The Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for all travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
- Responsible for coordinating scheduling and meetings
- Will also be supporting another executive within the office in an administrative capacity

The Executive Assistant Requirements Include:
- Must possess a minimum of six years of executive assistant experience
- Excellent verbal, written and organization communication skills are required
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Must have excellent computer skills: with proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
