Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Support Coordinator in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Support Coordinator role, you must have 1-3 years previous customer service experience, experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) with calendaring, friendly personality, and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Our client is a highly professional top bank in Canada. This Administrative Support Coordinator role is a 12-month contract and has a pay rate of $17.00-18.00 per hour.

Administrative Support Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting regular rounds through meeting space and common areas to ensure meeting areas are safe and orderly; ensure chairs are set up in common areas; ensure meeting rooms are stocked with supplies; manage mail receipt and distribution; courier receipt dispatch; receive and store office supplies; ensure coffee stations are stocked and in working order
• Responsible for performing receptionist duties in addition to above which include: create weekly conference centre schedule, receive guests, ad hoc administrative duties, and answering main line phone calls
• Responsible for training all trams and department so that they will be prepared for all situations when they are asked to cover the various team members

Administrative Support Coordinator Qualifications:
• 1-3 years previous customer service experience
• Previous administrative assistant/reception experience an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Friendly personality, always looking to help
• Flexible with hours of work
• Strong ability to multi-task
