Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Executive Assistant role, you must have a minimum of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive with calendaring, expenses, and travel arrangements, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support a demanding high level executive, and high attention to detail. Our client is a highly professional top bank in Canada. This Executive Assistant role is a 1-month contract and has a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the Executive’s calendar
• Responsible for managing vendors trying to get on her calendar
• Understand important vs. critical areas of the department
• Responsible for weekly and daily calendar review
• Prepare various presentations
• Arrange the executive’s meetings
• Responsible for liaising with CIO and other EA’s
• Any other project management duties as required
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive with calendaring, expenses, and travel arrangements
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written,
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to support a demanding high level executive
• High attention to detail
• Experience working with confidential information
• Previous working experience in a technology firm an asset
