Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Support Coordinator in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Support Coordinator role, you must have 1-3 years of previous customer service experience, 1-3 years of previous administrative/reception experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and have a friendly and always looking to help attitude. Our client is a highly professional top financial bank in Canada. This Administrative Support Coordinator role is a 12-month contract and has a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Administrative Support Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting regular rounds through meeting space and common areas to ensure meeting areas are safe and orderly
• Ensure chairs are set up in common areas
• Responsible for managing mail receipt and distribution
• Responsible for receiving and storing office supplies
• Disburse to employees upon request
• Ensure coffee stations are stocked and in working order
• Responsible for receptionist duties which include creating weekly conference center schedule, receive guests, ad hoc administrative duties, and answering the main line

Administrative Support Coordinator Qualifications:
• Must have 1-3 years of previous customer service experience
• 1-3 years of previous administrative/reception experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) as well as experience with calendaring
• Strong ability to multi-task
• High attention to detail
