Adecco is currently hiring for a Conference Centre Booking Coordinator in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Conference Centre Booking Coordinator role, you must have 2-3 years of Administrative experience, excellent time-management, customer service, and coordination skills. Our client is a highly professional financial services organization. This Conference Centre Booking Coordinator role is a 6-month contract and has a pay rate of $14.00 per hour.

Conference Centre Booking Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the administration and coordination of all room bookings required to efficiently and effectively direct the use of all Conference Centre rooms and executive floor facilities
• Responsible for reviewing and identifying meetings and/or event objectives with clients and discuss specifications and key components
• These components include: size of meeting/event, timing, location, attendance, audio-visual equipment, meeting amenities, and food & beverage requirements
• Responsible for notifying support services of the necessary requirements and confirm with client via Outlook
• Coordinate all reservations for the Executive Floor Facilities, communicate all reservations to the support staff and distribute the Conference Centre meeting list and Executive Dining room list to all support services
• Meet with both internal and external clients and provide tours of facilities and answer questions
• Create and issue Conference Centre and Executive Dining Room summaries weekly, and revise as necessary

Conference Centre Booking Coordinator Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent time-management skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong coordination skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
