Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Administrator in Downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Executive Administrator role, you must have 2-3 years of experience as an administrator and processing claims, strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, a strong ability to develop strategies and plans, and exceptional PC skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Our client is a highly professional top bank in Canada. This Executive Administrator is a 6-month contract with the possibility for extension and has a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Executive Administrator Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and scheduling various meetings for the MD and others, including WebEx, Skype, Video conference, conference calls, etc.
• Responsible for facilitating the creation and distribution of presentations and reports are required
• Print meeting materials
• Assist with new employee on-boarding in the department and with the seating, phone, and computer arrangements
• Responsible for processing and reconciliation of expense claims
• Conduct financial analysis and tracking of monthly expenditures
• Ensure highest productivity by coordinating internal and external communications and commitments
• Various ad-hoc requests from MD and others in the department

Executive Administrator Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a financial services industry
• 2-3 years of experience processing and submitting corporate expense claims
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strategies and plans over a 1-year time horizon
• Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities
• Good relationships management skills
