Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant in Toronto, ON. The role of an Executive Assistant is to be responsible for the provision of administrative and secretarial services relative to day to day operations, preparing and managing communications, reports, statistical data, labour relations material including grievances and arbitrations, records and file management by providing support to accounting, yearend, tracking and internal customer service. To qualify for this Executive Assistant role, you must be available Mon-Fri from 9:00AM – 5:00 PM. This is a 6-month contract with a pay rate of $24.00 an hour.

Executive Assistant required Responsibilities:
• Preforming day to day administrative tasks including preparing and managing communications, reports, statistical data, labour relations material including grievances and arbitrations, records and file management
•Acting as the prime contact with various senior management personnel communicating the Vice-President's expectations, function and information clearly and in a timely manner
•Expediting work as necessary to achieve deadlines, and to maintain continuity of objectives and practices across organizational lines
•Performing liaison services with various Corporate groups such as, those involved in administrative details for the budget preparation and control, performance pay, labour relations, or records management functions, etc.
•Providing feedback to Directors and Managers or network of contacts regarding requirements or changes to requirements

Executive Assistant required Qualifications:
• 8 years of experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
