Adecco is currently hiring for a Real Estate Assistant in Downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Real Estate Assistant role, you must have 2-3 years of experience supporting Integrated Workplace Management Systems, providing statistical analysis, experience with Tririga, AutoCAD systems, and Microsoft Office applications, and ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment. Our client is a highly professional financial services organization. This Real Estate Assistant role is a 12-month contract and has a pay rate of $24.50 per hour.

Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:
• Manage the Integrated Workplace Management System using Tririga and providing statistical analysis and reporting
• Manage the IWMS/Tririga software application to ensure that projects and drawing integrity are maintained in order to provide accurate information and meet the objective needs
• Develop ad-hoc reporting and support the development of space utilization management reporting for CRE leadership as required
• Process monthly rental chargeback allocations for Head Office locations which are reviewed and approved by the various finance representative
• Prepare rental packages for budgeting process and respond to any rental inquiries
• Ensure that all rental and statistical information is properly captured and provided for the purpose of budgeting, processing, chargebacks, benchmarking, quarterly reporting and space analysis
• Analyze statistical results and create ad-hoc reports upon request

Real Estate Assistant Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience
• Working knowledge and familiarity with AutoCAD, Tririga, and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree required (i.e. Business, Architecture, Engineering)
• Ability to respond quickly to meet tight deadlines and ability to adapt and re-prioritize towards key CRE projects when required
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Translate non-technical requirements into workable solutions
