Adecco is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant in Downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Executive Assistant role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in administration, a Bachelor’s degree, and be diligent, organized, and quick on your feet. Our client is a highly professional financial services organization that thrives on forward-thinking solutions. This Executive Assistant role is a 3-month contract up to 6 months with the intention of hiring permanent. This Executive Assistant position has a pay rate of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing administrative support to the members of the Managing Director & Chief Finance Officer (“CFO”).
• Responsible for maintaining strong internal and external client and stakeholder relationships to meet/exceed service level commitments and look for opportunities to improve service quality
• Provide executive support for the CFO and day-to-day administration and business needs for the CFO team by ensuring highly quality customer service and professional image, by identifying and streamlining opportunities that ensure continuous improvement
• Provide executive administrative support including email, calendar management, meeting and call management for the CFO
• Reports/Material coordination – printing, finishing, and monitoring quality control
• Responsible for payment and tracking of invoices and expenses
• Organizing meetings and ordering catering items as required
• Responsible for department “social functions” (e.g. team building lunches, special occasions, etc.)

Executive Assistant Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in administration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Calendar management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills
• Diligent and quick on feet
