We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a global supplier of electronics and electrical parts located in Woodbridge at Hwy 27 and Langstaff Rd. The shift is Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm. This is a long term, full time position with the chance of going permanent depending on performance. Pay is $16-17/hr depending on experience.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

- Data entry into Mainframe system in order to create product part numbers with detailed and standardized descriptions in the Parts Content System
- Using part numbers to put together Bill Of Materials for warehouse
- Using AutoSketch to help put together detailed blue prints of products that will be manufactured
- Any other general office tasks as required

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 3-5 years of data entry experience
- AutoCAD or AutoSketch experience is an asset but candidate will be trained
- Basic math skills
- The candidate will be working in the office but does enter the warehouse at times and will need safety shoes for the trips to the warehouse
