We are currently seeking an office administrator for an HVAC and Plumbing company located in Etobicoke at Weston Rd and Lawrence. This is a temporary position that could go permanent for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, $15/hr.

Office Administrator Job Duties:

- using Quickbooks to create invoices and schedule work orders
- data entry
- reception
- filing
- any other general office duties as required

Office Administrator Job Requirements:

- must have minimum 1 year of Quickbooks experience
- experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry would be an asset
- must have at least 2 years of administrative experience
