Adecco have partnered with a reputable Consultancy company in downtown Vancouver,BC who are in need of your talents and are currently looking for permanent Administrative Assistants to join their busy teams.


Administrative Assistant Duties:

-Format and finalize correspondence, memorandums, reports and other Microsoft Word documents
-Format and finalize PowerPoint presentations
-Handle records management, including paper and electronic records
-Maintain a contact relationship database
-Assist in client billing
-Keep track of meetings
-Handle room bookings for the team
-Provide administrative support to our clients across multiple levels
-Answering phones, taking messages and directing callers to the appropriate individual
-Filing, scanning, pulling reports, and entering data
-Meeting and event planning
-Supporting a variety of individuals within the department

Helpful background experience & education:

-High school diploma, post graduate education preferred
-Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Power point, Word and Excel, specifically using Pivot Tables will be considered an asset
-1-3 years administrative support experience,
-Attention to detail and high orgnanisation skills,
-Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
-Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
