Where would successful, creative and operational teams be without that super organized and effective administrative assistant who keeps them on track?

Working closely with other team members, the Administrative Assistants role is to bring a level of organization and structure to the day to day operations of the office. This position is Admin based with a lot of customer service as you will be dealing with clients and general ordering queries.

You will get to:

-Provide administrative support to our clients across multiple levels,
-Answering phones, taking messages and directing callers to the appropriate individual,
-Filing, scanning, pulling reports, and entering data,
-Supporting the distribution team to ensure no delays in stock out going,
-Supporting a variety of individuals within the department,
-Dealing with various order/invoice queries,

Helpful background experience & education:

-High school diploma, post graduate education preferred
-1-3 years administrative support experience
-High level of Customer Service
-Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
-Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
-Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Excel, specifically using Pivot Tables will be considered an asset
