Adecco is currently hiring for an associate on a temp contract basis, Office Administrator who has the experience to run a very busy office from front line reception duties to Executive Assistant to leadership memebers and eveything else in between. We are looking for someone who can multitask, be very organised with schedules and has the ability to prioritze alot of tasks. This is a fun environment where hard work is rewarded and the team consists of 6 members who are all in desperate need of an administrator superstar!!!

Office Admin Responsibilities:

Greeting clients at reception,
Responsible for scheduling of the office meeting rooms,
IT trouble shooting
Updating the database with details,
Data entry, including, but not limited to, entering values and client information
Providing daily clerical support to departmental personnel as needed
Dealing with couriers and shipments,
Distributing mail,
Cross referencing invoices,
Reporting on billing and expenses,
Purchasing office supplies and stationary as necessary,
Answering and routing incoming phone calls
Other duties as assigned

Office Admin Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Solid computer and keyboarding skills
Strong interpersonal skills
