One of our clients in Downtown, Vancouver is looking for an Administrative Superstar to help in their growing office based in Yaletown. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys digging down into the details and following tasks to meet tight deadlines.

As an Administrator Coordinator in Downtown, Vancouver a typical day would include:

Drafting Proposals for review by the Marketing and Communications Manager
Drafting Contract extensions and Additional Services Requests for review by the MCM
Assisting the MCM with Special Projects
Assisting with preparing content for Social Media posts
Assisting with planning internal and external corporate events
Drafting Invoices for review by the Project Accounting Coordinator (PAC)
Conduct Project Compliance Audits
Following up on Proposal and Invoice related documents and tasks
Answering phones and routing mail, emails, etc.
Typical office duties (office supply ordering, editing and filing documents)

This job is for you if:
You are positive and self-motivated (known to take initiative)
You are solution-oriented
You work well both as part of a team AND individually
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task
You have excellent communication in ENGLISH (spoken and written) and customer service
skills
You are tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office
