Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work on various work contracts in Saskatoon, SK. The industries of our clients vary diversely and length of contracts depend on client needs. We are looking for individuals who are adaptive and willing to work on varying assignments with strong office skills. Successful candidates must be able to handle a variety of tasks within an office setting and have proficient typing and Microsoft Office abilities. To be considered for our Administrative Assistant contacts, you must have previous experience within an office setting.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities may include:
- Basic reception including answering phones, greeting walk-in traffic, and handling mail
- Email, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Data entry, creation and editing of documents, assisting with various computer tasks
- Invoicing and other basic accounting tasks may be assigned depending on skills

Administrative Assistant Qualifications Include:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- QuickBooks, SAP, and other software experience considered an asset
- 1 to 3 years of Administrative experience; will take education into consideration
- Must be a team player willing to complete a variety of tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, make decisions, and strong organization are a MUST
