Adecco is currently hiring for Administrative Assistants to work on various casual/temporary contracts in Saskatoon, SK.

We are looking for individuals with a variety of experience to represent Adecco in various office environments throughout Saskatoon. Candidates must be adaptable, dependable and show initiative. To qualify for these positions you must have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, experience with other software will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients in a positive and professional manner
- Basic reception duties such as phones, mail, and filing
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Basic accounting including invoicing, A/P and A/R
- Filing, scanning, mail, scheduling, etc.

- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM; will be tested on typing speed
- 1-3 years of administrative/office experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office is a must; other software experience is an asset
- Experienced data entry proving efficiency and accuracy
- Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to learn
