Our Client has a contract opportunity for 1 year for a Bilingual Contract Administrator. Our Client is located at Don Mills and Eglinton area. The hourly pay rate for this Bilingual Contract Administrator opportunity is $35.00 to $38.00 plus 4% vacation pay on top hourly.

Bilingual Contract Administrator Responsibilities.
Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating with sales people and business partners? We are currently seeking an organized team player to ensure the accuracy of Partner contracts, filing, and ongoing maintenance. If you are meticulous about accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you may be the person we need to join our team as our Contracts Support Administrator (Bilingual)FRENCH.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the fastest growing technology field. The Contracts Support Administrator is responsible for the preparation and administration of contract documentation. They will be in communication with our internal teams and will be held accountable for contract review, approval, and execution. This role requires an individual who is very organized, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of follow-up and follow-through.

Responsibilities of this role will include:
• Preparation and administration of contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submission
• Preparation, organization, maintenance, account name change processing and accurate creation of Partner account information and pricing of contract records and files
• Continued development and communication of contract policy and practice to internal business team
• Contract review, approval and execution in accordance with business unit policy
• Account cancellation and deactivation processing
• Archiving and filing internal copies of Partner agreements
• Provide back up to Bulk Master Billing Administration and Partner Complimentary service program

Skills and Qualifications:
• Business-related degree or diploma
• Three plus years of contract administration experience
• CRM (ie: Salesforce) experience is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Well developed organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
