Adecco is currently hiring an Executive Assistant in Calgary, AB. To be strongly considered for this position you must have at least 10 years of administrative experience and three years of experience as an executive assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Transportation business line senior leadership team. The Executive Assistant is also required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees, contractors, leadership, clients and externally. The salary for this position is competitive and includes comprehensive benefits.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements:

Provide direct administrative management support to the senior leadership team by maintaining schedules and calendars and provides support in tracking ongoing commitments and upcoming deadlines
Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior leadership team
Coordinate logistics of senior leadership team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
Prepare correspondence including reports and presentations for senior leadership team
Review, evaluate, and distribute priority correspondence for senior leadership team
Complete expense reports and other related administrative functions
Arrange meetings and prepares and distributes agenda items, takes meeting minutes and tracks minutes for follow up items
Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons


Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, or relevant discipline, required
Minimum 10 years' administrative experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
Proven organizational, planning and time management skills
Resourceful and flexible
Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
