Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Regional Administrator located in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least three years of experience in providing bilingual (French and English) coordinating support to a sales team which includes policy administration, answering client queries and other general administrative duties.

Our client is the fourth largest financial institution in Canada servicing over 4 million clients across the country and progressing into the US. Their head office is located in Quebec but do have locations across Canada and employs over 5000 people. This client provides financial products and advice both in insurance and in securities to their client base.

The compensation package is a base salary plus a bonus structure dependent upon performance, 3 weeks’ vacation, RRSP matching, full benefits and continual training to their staff.

The Bilingual Regional Administrator Key Responsibilities Include:

Ability to execute insurance policy administration which includes changes, renewals, summaries, documentation and client requests
Assess and prepare any records, forms, brochures, and administration for team as well ensure that all documentation is thoroughly accurate
Provide support to administration and sales support to manager and team – both internal and external – administration, coordination and documentation
Responsible for technical aspects of policy changes – accept binding of quotes for policy issuance
Effectively provide customer support to clients regarding topics from licensing requirements to sales support

The Bilingual Regional Administrator Mandatory Qualifications Include:

Exemplary Communication and Customer Service skills – oral and written in both French and English as will be responsible for responding to clients in both languages
Hold a College or University Degree – preferably in Business or Economics – as well will be required to complete and pass education/insurance courses to be up to date on regulations and policies in the insurance forum
Ability to coordinate implementation of multiple tasks at one time
Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience along with the ability to work with several layers of decision makers
Able to work with confidential information as incumbent will be working with client’s personal details
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems and Microsoft Office
