Adecco is currently hiring for an Administration Assistant for our client located in Mississauga, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least three to five years of experience in administration along with two years of basic accounting for an AV company. Our client is an entrepreneur who provides AV support to both residential and commercial clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

The compensation package is a base salary of between $35 000 to $40 000, 3 weeks’ vacation, full benefits and free parking to their staff.

The Administration Assistant Key Responsibilities Include:


Responsible for maintaining administrative focus for a fast paced AV company
Able to manage and coordinate monthly events, sales drives and promotional communication sheets
Effectively manage customer requests out to field, communication with clients and colleagues to determine scheduling
Responsible for basic accounting functions including AP/AR, basic reconciliation and data entry into Quick Books


The Administration Assistant Mandatory Qualifications Include:


Three to five years of experience in administration and two years of basic accounting
Have strong oral and written communication skills as will be interacting with clients on a daily basis
Superior organization, detailed, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Ability to work within a fast paced, customer centric environment with demanding and time sensitive projects
MS Office and CRM products proficiencies
