Adecco is currently seeking a part-time Reception and Administrative Assistant, located in downtown Toronto. Our client is rapidly growing software company that is changing the way healthcare is delivered across the world. They are passionate about what they do, and even more so about the amazing people that help make what they do possible.
The right candidate for this role is a quick learner, extremely organized, flexible, and is a people person. We are looking for someone who can help keep our fast-paced and rapidly changing environment well organized and running smoothly.

The Reception and Administrative Assistant will a welcoming front point of contact.
Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries; both to clients and team members.
Ensuring that the general office space is tidy and presentable.
Assisting with department/staff travel, logistics, documentation and administration support (filing, record keeping, ordering, etc.)
Preparing documentation/correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain entry of information into Think system, and support the Office Manager where required.
Supporting team members to ensure organized and efficient completion of daily administrative tasks.
Setting up the theatre or meeting rooms for events.
Providing refreshment and light catering service to clients during meetings.
Manage and submit expense reports as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
College Diploma (2 years) or comparable experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and judgment when dealing with confidential information.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Very strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and establish deadlines for your own work and work for others.
Demonstrated high level of attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

$15-$20/h, 3 weeks paid vacation; The hours for this position are 8:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday to Friday; start date ASAP
