Adecco Professional is currently hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant job in Toronto, ON on a temp-to-perm basis for our client in the Financial Services industry. To be considered for this Senior Adminstrative Assistant role you must have 3 - 5 years experience in an administrative support role in a fast-paced corporate environment. The pay for this position is $22 - $24 per hour.

Senior Administrative Assistant responsibilities;

Provide administrative support to senior level executives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Complex calendar management and scheduling
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements both internationally and domestically
Prepare agenda's, reports, presentations for conferences and meetings
Complete all expenses reports on behalf of the executives

Senior Administrative Assistant qualifications;

Post secondary education completed
3 - 5 years experience in an intermediate to senior administrative support role
Ability to control multiple, conflicting priorities
Ability to work within a challenging, deadline driven environment
Strong technical abilities primarily within MS Office programs
