Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to permanent full time job opening as an Administrator/Billing Assistant in North York,Toronto. To be considered for this Administrator/Billing Assistant role, you must have exceptional communication skills and proven invoicing and billing experience.

Administrator/Billing Assistant responsibilities:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills aiming to exceed customer’s expectations
• Deals effectively and professionally with stock related issues that arise
• Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate respect for coworkers
• Keeping strong lines of communication with the Warehouse team with regards to anticipated orders based in history and knowledge of customers
• Make outbound calls to ensure orders are placed
• Confidently communicate to carrier in the event of late delivery, appointment failure etc.
• Proven ability to multi task and work in fast paced environments
• Strong MS Office Computer Skills (Sage 300 is an asset)
• High level of numeracy skills (weights, pricing etc)
• Sound problem solving abilities
