Senior Administrative Assistant

Adecco professional is currently hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant job in Toronto, ON, on a full-time permanent basis. To be considered for this Senior Administrative Assistant job you must have 3-5 years experience providing administrative support to senior level executives. Our client is a well established financial services provider located in the Downtown Core area. The salary for this position is $53k - $57k plus bonus.

Senior Administrative Assistant responsibilities;

*Provide administrative support to senior level executives

*Manage complex calendars and schedules

*Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics both internationally and domestically

*Prepare agenda's and itineraries for meetings and conferences

*Complete executives expenses within tight time-frames

*Perform any other administrative tasks when required by managements

Senior Administrative Assistant qualifications;

*3-5 years experience in an administrative support role

*Post secondary education a must

*Ability to manage and control conflicting priorities

*Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, deadline driven environment
