Senior Administrative Assistant

Adecco professional is currently hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Toronto, ON, on a full-time temporary ongoing basis. To be considered for this Senior Administrative Assistant role you must have 3-5 years experience providing administrative support to senior level executives. This is a fantastic opportunity located in the busy downtown core.

Senior Administrative Assistant responsibilities;

Provide administrative support to senior level executives
Manage complex calendars and schedules
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics both internationally and domestically
Prepare agenda's and itineraries for meetings and conferences
Complete executives expenses within tight timeframes
Perform any other administrative tasks when required


Senior Administrative Assistant qualifications;

3-5 years experience in an administrative support role
Post secondary education is a must (College diploma or University degree) in business or related field and 3 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to manage and control conflicting priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, deadline driven environment
