Intermediate Administrative Assistant

Adecco professional is currently hiring for a Intermediate Administrative Assistant in Toronto, ON, on a full-time temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity located in the busy downtown core. To be considered for this Intermediate Administrative Assistant position you must have 2-4 years experience providing administrative support to senior management team.

Intermediate Administrative Assistant responsibilities;

Provide administrative support to a senior management team
Manage complex calendars and schedules
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics both internationally and domestically
Schedule meetings, book boardroom(s) and arrange audio equipment as required, prepare and coordinate catering for key meetings
Develop and maintain an organized filing system
Perform any other administrative tasks when required

Intermediate Administrative Assistant qualifications;

2-4 years experience in an administrative support role
Post secondary education is a must (College diploma or University degree) in business or related field and at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to manage and control conflicting priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, deadline driven environment
