Adecco Professional is actively seeking a motivated and detail oriented Order Entry Administrator for our busy and dynamic client of ours who is located in the North York area. Our client is walkable from Sheppard subway station and although this is a full-time, temporary to start, there is potential for this to become permanent down the road for the right fit. This person will thrive in a fast paced environment and is able to handle multiple tasks with ease!

Key responsibilities for the Order Entry Administrator job opening in North York, ON will include the following but are not limited to:


*Take in orders over the phone/fax/email and process in the system

*Ensure follow up on placed orders with the warehouse/distribution team (telephone/email)

*Generate invoice from system to ensure timely submission and error free

*Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry

*Verify data and correct where necessary and reach out to obtain further information for incomplete documents

*Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks

Minimum qualifications for the Order Entry Clerk job opening in North York, ON are as follows;


*1 to 2 years experience as a Data Entry or Order Entry Clerk - someone with Customer Service with order entry within the role would equally suffice

*Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

*Accurate keyboard skills and a proven ability to enter data at the required speed

*Completed high school diploma
