This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a small amout of office experience but with a keen and eager passion for helping out in a small but busy and dynamic office downtown. This full-time, temporary Office Assistant job opening is ideal for someone looking to start their career - the length of the assignment is approximately 1 year with potential to extend or more! If you are ready to start something new today and be working Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm consistantly, please read on....

The duties and responsibilties for the Office Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include, but are not limited to;

*Filing, photocopying, and/or scanning of confidential documents

*Data entry of information, most often into Excel or internal databases

*Preparing documents and reports including preparing envelopes for mailouts including folding/stuffing/sealing/stamping

*Order catering, set up boardrooms and tidy after meetings

*Front line reception duties including meet and greet, deal with couriers etc.

*Full cycle kitchen duties

*Scheduling meetings in Outlook

*Running errands

*Any other clerical and administrative tasks as required by management

Some of the qualfications for the successful hire of the Office Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON may include;

*Just 2-3 months experience in an office environment preference given to a recent College/University graduate

*Excellent and professional communication skills both verbal and written

*Strong technical skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
