Executive Assistant job responsibilities:


*Provides administrative support by managing the President?s calendar, organizes travel arrangements, composes correspondence and maintains President?s contact directory.

*Screens and prioritizes incoming calls and e-mails.

*Prepares and/or edits client and internal communications including PowerPoint presentations and reports.

*Interacts and collaborates with the local, national and international Senior Executive team on a daily basis.

*Schedules and prepares for conference calls and meetings relative to logistics, agendas and refreshments.

*Processes departmental Accounts Payable invoices and expense reports.

*Performs proof reading functions and research utilizing various resources as required.

*Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and e-mail applications) and typing skills.

*Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

*Three years experience supporting senior level executives required

*Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
