Contracts Administrator

The Contract Administrator job based in Calgary is a full time contract position with our Oil and Gas owner client. You will have 1 to 3 years of Contracts Administration experience in EPC Contracts Administration.


Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator job include:
- The organization of all progress and update meetings with the Contractor and the recording of minutes of same
- Establishment and maintenance of all logs, registers and filing systems
- The initiation, management, and follow up of data into the System and any other Project software with respect to the Contract
- Verification of all financial calculations submitted by the Contractor
- Contract’s Change Management
- Act as first point of contact for all communications regarding the Contract, and for receipt of such communications
- Maintain effective lines of communication with the Contractor
- Support Claim Manager and dispute resolution

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or SCM with relevant experience, certification, and licenses
- 1 to 3 years of Contracts Administration experience in EPC Contracts Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point)
- Strong oral, written communication skills required, must be able to present material
- Must be able to prioritize and manage work load independently
- Strong attention to detail, follow work rules, and adhere to work schedules required
- Work with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and high level of performance
- Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public
